We recommend starting with the thermal pools featuring water jets at 38°C and 36°C (100°F - 96°F), amidst the bubbles and overlooking the Gulf of Naples. Then, continue with thalassotherapy in the seawater pool, followed by the Turkish bath, sauna, and sensory showers. Finally, conclude your experience with a visit to the Kneipp pools, a vascular path consisting of a hot thermal water pool and a cold seawater pool.

 

To ensure the utmost relaxation for our guests, access to the Spa is limited to 50-minute sessions and advance booking is required.

Access to the thermal area is allowed for guests aged 12 and over. For the comfort and safety of all, access is not permitted for pregnant women.

At Mezzatorre, we fully harness the properties of thermal waters to provide our guests with moments of well-being and body care, including treatments with mud. The mud is immersed in thermal water for at least 6 months to absorb its therapeutic properties. Applied at a temperature of 44°C - 45°C (111°F - 113°F) for approximately 15-20 minutes, it creates a thermal shock that has detoxifying effects (resulting in the loss of about 1 liter of water and toxins), relaxes muscles, relieves tension, and improves circulation.

 

We would like to remind you that mud therapy, which always requires a medical consultation, is conducted in the morning. Additionally, mud treatments are not permitted during pregnancy or for certain medical conditions.
