Set among the untamed beauty of the Argentario coast, the five-bedroom villa brings together the privacy of a home with the unmistakable spirit of Il Pellicano. Its original character lives on in interiors reimagined by Marie-Louise Sciò, where authentic architectural details, natural materials and bespoke furnishings create a house designed for effortless living.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE VILLA RENTAL PRICE?

The villa rate includes full access to Hotel Il Pellicano’s facilities and services, as well as daily breakfast and aperitivo. Guests also enjoy one hour of reserved tennis court access and two hours of mountain-bike rental each day, one cocktail class, access to the private beach and complimentary transportation to Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano and Orbetello. For stays of five nights or more, a half-day boat excursion is also included.

CHILDREN POLICY

Children aged 8 and above are warmly welcomed at the villa. Professional nanny services can also be arranged upon request.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Guests are warmly welcomed from 4:00 PM, with check-out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

CAN I BOOK INDIVIDUAL ROOMS, OR DO I NEED TO BOOK THE ENTIRE VILLA?

The Villa is available for exclusive use only and cannot be booked by individual room, ensuring guests enjoy complete privacy and freedom throughout their stay.

HOW CAN I REACH HOTEL IL PELLICANO FROM THE VILLA?

The main areas of Hotel Il Pellicano are just a ten-minute walk from the Villa.

HOW DO YOU ACCESS THE SEA, AND WHAT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE?

The sea can be reached directly from the villa, along a private panoramic descending path winding through the wild beauty of the Mediterranean. Alternatively, a golf cart is available to make moving around the property effortless. Guests have access to a private area with beach service and daytime assistance.

PET POLICY

Pets up to 25 kg can accompany guests during their stay. In common areas where food and beverages are served, pets are permitted in a suitable carrier. A supplement of € 25 per day applies.
