Sebastiano Lombardi prides himself on using only the very finest ingredients when they are at their best. Seasonal organic fruit and vegetables, organic meat from carefully selected producers and the catch of the day are expertly prepared and combined to create a tempting culinary experience.
A commendable career
Sebastiano has had an impressive career, training under some of the greatest chefs in Italy including Carlo Persia, Giorgio Pini, Antonio Guida and Nino di Costanzo, before going on to run the Cielo restaurant at Relais La Sommità in Ostuni. He was awarded his first Michelin star in 2011 and has been at the helm of Il Pellicano kitchen since 2015.
